Heliski is a kind of alpine skiing, freeride, the essence of which is descending along untouched snowy slopes, away from prepared tracks, with an ascent to the beginning of the descent by helicopter. The use of a helicopter for ascent allows you to find various options for descending from the mountains in the conditions of pristine nature, untouched by human invasion, where there is no other way to quickly climb.

Grigory Trebisovsky, heliski guide, about skiing in Uzbekistan: "That's what skiers and snowboarders from all over the world come to us for. Slopes up to 8 km long, a height difference of more than 2 km with a depth of dry, fluffy snow up to 4 m. And no ropeways, hotels, roads.
