General provisions
The rules for the air transportation of passengers and baggage at Uzbekistan Helicopters LLC comply with the requirements of the Air Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the technical capabilities of helicopters for the transportation of passengers and baggage. The passenger is obliged to comply with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, comply with the requirements for ensuring flight safety, aviation security in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Payment by the passenger of the amount of the cost of a special flight is a fact of confirmation by the passenger, his consent to the conditions of carriage.
Flight time is the total time from the start of rotation of the rotor blades to the moment the helicopter comes to a complete stop at the end of the flight and the rotation of the rotor blades ceases.
For harm caused to the life or health of an aircraft passenger, the Carrier shall be liable in the amount provided for by the civil legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The rights and responsibilities of the Carrier and the passenger for other legal relations related to air transportation under this agreement are determined by the rules for air transportation of passengers and baggage of Uzbekistan Helicopters LLC and the regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Transportation of children under 3 years of age and minors unaccompanied by parents (guardians) is coordinated with the Carrier.
Carriage of baggage (hand luggage) of passengers
An aircraft passenger has the right to carry his own baggage within the established norm - 10 kg per passenger.
Excess baggage, oversized baggage and heavy baggage are accepted for carriage only if there is free carrying capacity on the aircraft and subject to prior agreement on the carriage of such baggage with the Carrier.
Animals and birds are accepted for air transportation upon prior agreement with the Carrier.
The carrier is not responsible for fragile, valuable or perishable items. The passenger is obliged to carry money and documents with him, without putting them in luggage.
Additional information may be obtained from the Carrier.
Dangerous items and substances
Passengers are prohibited from carrying on board the aircraft in checked baggage and in things carried by the Passengers (hand luggage) the following hazardous substances and items:
Dangerous items allowed for transportation in a separate baggage compartment and which are prohibited for transportation in the aircraft cabin:
- objects with pointed ends or sharp edges that can be used to cause serious bodily harm, axes, cutters and butcher's knives, ice axes and ice picks, knives, scissors, objects with pointed ends and sharp edges used in martial arts, sabers and swords, safety matches for personal use, thermal matches, hunter's matches, lighters of any type containing non-absorbed liquid fuel, liquefied gas, as well as fuel for lighters and refueling elements for them.
Restrictions on the carriage of liquids, gels and aerosols on board an aircraft
Passengers are allowed to carry on board the aircraft, subject to the required conditions, the following items and substances in the belongings of passengers: liquids, gels and aerosols that are non-hazardous, in containers with a capacity of not more than 100 ml (or an equivalent capacity in other units of volume measurement), packed in a securely closed transparent plastic bag with a volume of not more than 1 liter - one bag per passenger. Liquids in containers larger than 100 ml will not be accepted for carriage even if the container is only partially filled. Transportation exceptions are for medicines, baby food and special dietary needs.

The responsibility of the passenger for violation of the rules of conduct on board the aircraft is provided in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Transportation of certain categories of passengers
When transporting on passenger aircraft, there are medical contraindications for transporting people with certain diseases. Responsibility for determining the fact, absence or presence of any medical contraindications for a passenger to fly on board a helicopter, is borne by the passenger himself.
A passenger who is considered as a source of threat to flight safety is accepted for transportation if there is an accompanying person who has sufficient physical strength to prevent undesirable actions on the part of the specified person in flight and who has the skills to use sedatives.
If a passenger with a mental disability is required to take sedatives prior to departure, each flight stage must not last longer than the effective duration of the corresponding sedative.
The carrier has the right to refuse transportation of a person with mental disabilities if such transportation poses a security risk.
A passenger deprived of sight and / or hearing is transported with an accompanying person
